How do I find the right size?

Have a look at our size guide. We recommend you use your child's measurements to attain the best fit, the age range is just a guide.

Are all your items handmade?

All Snuggle Lee clothing items are handmade by our seamstress Chantal in her home studio. Each item was made in a perfectly imperfect kind of way and checked carefully with love.

How do I take care of my garments?

All items can be machine washed on a gentle cold cycle and ironed on low heat. We recommend that you hang dry your items but understand as a busy parent that sometimes that just doesn't happen. Items can be tumble dried on low. Please do not dry clean and do not bleach.

When will the next collection drop?

Each collection will hopefully drop seasonally but this is not guaranteed as each item is carefully handmade. They take time to produce and so we can not be certain when each new collection will drop. Be assured that you will know ahead of time through social media when a new collection is on its way.

How long will my order take?

All ready to go items will be shipped or ready for pick up 1-2 business days. Please see our shipping & returns page for more information.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been shipped it can take up to 5 days to be delivered depending on what shipping you select. Please see our shipping & returns page for more information.

Can I get a refund?
