At Snuggle Lee, all items are carefully handmade and packed with care. Please ensure you read the below information carefully before completing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24–72 hours once payment has been received.
During peak or busy periods, processing times may vary slightly. Where possible, any significant delays will be communicated.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout.
All domestic orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this point in time we do not offer international shipping.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Processing time 1-2 business days before your order is shipped out.
Parcel Postage: Estamated 2 + Business days
Express Postage: Next Business day within the express post network
Delivery timeframes provided by postal carriers are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods.
Once your order has been dispatched and lodged with the postal carrier, Snuggle Lee is not responsible for delivery delays.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact your postal carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Contact us we are happy to assist where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes once the parcel is in transit.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Snuggle Lee is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional postage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS
Ready to ship items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with clear photos and a description of the issue.
If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer:
a repair, a replacement, or a refund (where appropriate)
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
RETURN POSTAGE
If item is confirmed to be faulty, Snuggle Lee will cover all expenses.
